SPAIN: THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL
From typicallyspanish: One in five new mothers in Spain is an immigrant. The birth rate in Spain is at its highest since 1990 with the average number of children being born to mother up to 1.39.
Keep in mind that this is only slightly above 1.1 which cuts Spain's population in half with every passing generation.
The increase in the current birth rate is due to immigrant mothers who represent one in five of current mothers in Spain.
"The numbers come from the National Statistics Institute, INE, which says there were 491,183 births in Spain last year, 92,992 of which were to foreign mothers. The total was over 8,200 more than in 2006 despite the number of marriages falling slightly to 203,697.
"The number of same sex marriages in Spain in 2007 was 3,250 or 1.6% of the total."
Noone can rationally dispute that the writing is on the wall with respect to the future of Spain, absent a return to the only faith that condemns nation-destroying contraception and abortion. What we are now witnessing is divine justice. God has throughout history administered justice to nations for transgressions of His laws. We see an example of this in the book of Daniel:
"Baltasar the king made a great feast for a thousand of his nobles...They drank wine, and praised their gods of gold, and of silver, of brass, of iron, and of wood, and of stone. In the same hour there appeared fingers, as it were of the hand of a man, writing over against the candlestick upon the surface of the wall of the king's palace: and the king beheld the joints of the hand that wrote.
"...Daniel was brought in before the king...[and] said: ...the writing I will read to thee, O king, and shew thee the interpretation thereof...And this is the writing that is written: "MANE, THECEL, PHARES". And this is the interpretation of the word. MANE: God hath numbered thy kingdom, and hath finished it. THECEL: thou art weighed in the balance, and art found wanting. PHARES: thy kingdom is divided, and is given to the Medes and Persians. Daniel 5:1-31
